Kevin Griffin is my service specialist. I went elsewhere to have some repairs done, and they were incompetent and left me with a mess. Kevin went above and beyond to take care of me and fixed the other company’s mess-ups on my vehicle.

The ONLY reason I go to this dealership is Eric in the service department. Not a fan of the dealership the manager in sales, but because or Eric being honest and doing all he can i go back for that. Will never buy another car from here and the only reason for 5 star is so it does not hurt the people working there.

Erick Garcia, provided 5-star, excellent customer service during my April 23 and 24th visit for brake repairs. He was courteous, friendly, and easy to talk to and he genuinely wants to help his customers as much as possible. Great communicator kept updates throughout the day offering logical and helpful answers to all my concerns. Also shared useful information such as the shuttle service availability, and oil change offers, which no other representative is mentioned in three years that I’ve been coming to the dealership Erick is definitely manager material and other customer service representative scheduling a lot from his approach.

I purchased a used truck from here one year ago. Also traded in a 2017 Chevy traverse that they only gave me 1k for. Go back to them today to get into a smaller vehicle but I’m 13k upside down in the truck they sold me. So, they sold me a truck for way more than what it’s worth, and won’t work with me to get me into a smaller vehicle. Don’t trust them!

My tech was friendly and communicative, and the service department weren't pushy about any extra repairs, warranties, etc.
Disappointed in the service dept. I made an appointment for my car to get oil change and tire rotation and to check my door which was making a rubbing sound. I waited in the lobby for 3hrs and 45min and the service man knew I was waiting and when the car was ready, instead of coming to speak in person he called on the phone from a desk feet away to tell me it was ready. I am a communicator and I am really big on having pertinent information in a timely fashion and I felt like that is what I received from Mr Jank. I came in for an oil change only to be told my valve cover was leaking oil. I replaced all the parts as my service salesman Dorian suggested along with a new set of spark plugs. I decided to wait at the dealership. Five hours later, I left w/my car now sputtering/hiccuping at each stop light. I called Dorian & he advised me to come back.
